Nativities

Is your church planning a Live Nativity or play?  A camel, donkeys, cows, goats and sheep and llamas make for a great event.

Some things to decide on when planning your live Nativity scene, play, production or walk thru Bethlehem.

1.  Explain your scene, play or production:  outside or inside?

2.  If your event is inside, will you provide the floor covering? (tarp, hay, shavings)

3.  If your event is outside, will the event be on grass, concrete or gravel?

4.  During the event, will the animals be tied, people holding them or will a barrier be up?

5.  Will you need any of the animals to walk during the scene, play or production?  You must remember, camels are very large animals!

6.  Obstacles?  Steps, steep hills, large rocks, doors, hallways, small dark enclosures?

7.  If your event is outside, do you have a rain date or will you have a tent set up?

8.  Would you prefer a Nativity animal petting zoo in a pen at your event?
